My Plan: The Morning Check-In

Clear yesterday, decide which calendar events to track, and pick the to-dos you want to finish today.

Written by Yvonne Thomas

The morning check-in is how you start the day in Rayse. It walks you through what is left over, what is on your calendar, and what you want to accomplish.

Step 1: Clear yesterday

Anything that did not get handled the day before appears here. Close it out, pull it into today's plan, or let it go.

Step 2: Your calendar

Rayse shows the events on your calendar today and asks which ones you are tracking as work. For each event you can choose Track, Ignore, or Silence series for a repeating meeting. Personal items can be silenced so they stop appearing.

Step 3: Your to-dos

After you confirm your calendar events, do the same with your to-dos. These are created through conversation with Rae or added manually. Filter by client, journey, or due date, then Plan an item or Mark complete.

Today's snapshot

Once your plan is set, My Plan tracks the day and keeps time against your events as the day progresses, showing events tracked, events done, to-dos planned, and to-dos done alongside your timeline.

What your client sees

Clients never see your planning screen. They may see confirmed progress that you later add to their journey. Marking something journey related as complete will show as progress in the journey.
