Log updates is one of three ways to work the My Plan surface, and it is where the most important activity gets captured. Rayse holds items for you to clear whenever you have a moment.
Where to find it
Open My plan, then select Log updates next to the Rae panel.
What you can clear here
Top priority — events that are immediate and need updates.
Close out — events that have passed and need updates.
Questions — outstanding information or outcomes that will help fill in the gaps of your activities.
Contacts — people mentioned in calendar events who are not yet in your contact database.

How it works
Each item asks a short question, such as whether a meeting happened. Answer Yes or No, or select Done for now and Rayse holds the rest for your evening recap.

Nothing here is client-facing until you confirm work and it becomes part of a journey.
