How Does a Calendar Get Attached to a Journey?
Your calendar connects to your Rayse account rather than to one specific journey. Once your Google or Microsoft 365 calendar is connected, Rayse can access the activities and events on your calendar and even generate new ones. You may connect more than one calendar.
The one rule to remember
A calendar event does not create an activity on its own. Nothing appears to your client until you choose to log the event to a journey.
How events attach to journeys
Rayse automatically attaches an event to a journey only when an attendee matches a contact with exactly one active journey. An event that contains only a title or address, it will not automatically attach to a journey. You will be given the opportunity to do so when you
Bring Activities from Other Software into Rayse Through Your Calendar
If another software platform you use offers a calendar integration, you can add its activities and events to your connected Google or Microsoft 365 calendar. Once those events appear on your calendar a a public facing event, Rayse can access them and allow you to add them to the appropriate client journeys.
This can include appointments and activities from showing services, transaction management platforms, scheduling tools, marketing events, and other compatible software.
Accuracy and compliance
Calendar content may contain confidential information. Follow your brokerage policy on calendar sharing, and avoid placing sensitive personal, financial, or transaction information in public event details.
