What it is
An outcome ladder that helps you confirm the meaningful steps in a journey. Rae suggests and drafts outcomes from your activity; you decide what counts.
Where to find it
Open a journey, then select Milestones.
What you can do
Confirm or dismiss Rae's proposed outcomes.
Mark an outcome complete, or reopen it.
Review property-specific milestones.
Check off outcomes as you go — each milestone shows the outcomes still open beneath it.
What your client sees
Clients see progress stated in plain language. They do not see your Milestones tab itself.
