Journey — Offers

Record offers made and received, follow a counter chain, and see the working financial effect of the terms you enter.

Written by Yvonne Thomas

The Offers area helps you organize offer terms and understand the financial effect of the assumptions you enter.

What it is

A place to record offers made or received, edit them, accept, counter, delete, and follow a counter chain through to the accept gate.

Where to find it

Open a journey, then select Offers.

What you can do

  • Enter offer terms and journey assumptions.

  • On a seller journey, review Estimated Net to the seller.

  • On a buyer journey, review Estimated Cash to close and Monthly all-in.

  • Add notes and track status on each offer.

Adding assumptions

Select Assumptions to enter the figures Rayse uses to calculate estimates. Assumptions apply to every offer in the journey, so you only enter them once.

Buyer journey. Assumptions feed Estimated cost to close and Monthly all-in:

  • Interest rate (%)

  • Property tax (% per year)

  • Insurance ($ per year)

  • HOA ($ per month)

Seller journey. Assumptions feed Estimated Net:

  • Existing loan payoff amount

  • Commission offered to the buyer's agent

Select Save to apply your changes. Every offer in the journey updates automatically.

How offers are ordered

Offers are listed by date. Rayse does not rank offers by net proceeds.

What your client sees

Your client can see offers and their estimated figures in the client portal, so they can review them with you.

Accuracy and compliance

All figures are working estimates calculated from information you enter. They are not lender disclosures, closing statements, tax advice, legal advice, guarantees, or substitutes for reviewing the complete offer and all material terms. Use broker-approved practices and refer your clients to qualified professionals when appropriate.
