Questions help resolve items Rae could not confidently answer from the available context — the gaps Rae spotted but did not interrupt you to ask about.
What it is
A holding area for questions Rae has parked for you. Nothing here expires, and you can dismiss what you do not need.
Where to find it
Open a journey, then select Questions. The tab shows the number of open questions.
What you can do
Answer a question inline.
Dismiss a question you do not want to address.
Filter by Open, Answered, or Dismissed.
What your client sees
Clients do not see the Questions tab.
