Journey — Contacts and Inviting Your Client

Add everyone connected to a journey, invite your client by email or text, and add a co-agent.

Written by Yvonne Thomas

Accurate contact records help Rayse connect people, journeys, calendar events, and follow-up. This is also where you invite your client into their experience.

What it is

The record of clients and colleagues associated with this journey. Everyone here is marked as either a client or a colleague.

Where to find it

Open a journey, then select Journey contacts.

What you can do

  • Add someone you already have in contacts.

  • Invite someone new — either way, they can be a client or a colleague.

  • Add co-agent to bring a colleague onto the journey.

  • Transfer owner to hand the journey to someone else.

Inviting a client

Select the invite option next to their name and choose how to send it — Email, Text message (SMS), or both. Add a phone number if you are sending a text. Each person's status shows as Not invited, Invited, Owner, or Co-agent.

What your client sees

Clients do not see the Journey contacts tab.

Accuracy and compliance

Before sending an email or text invitation, use accurate contact information, follow applicable consent and communication requirements, honor opt-out requests, and comply with brokerage policy and federal and state law. Rayse records platform actions, but that record does not replace your own compliance duties.
