A shared home-shopping board where every property in the search lives, organized by how your client feels about each one.
What it is
The client-facing collection of homes for the journey. Each home shows as a card with a photo, price, beds, baths, square footage, and listing compliance information, sorted into status buckets.
Where to find it
Client view in a journey, then the HomeSpace tab
Agent View in journey, then the HomeSpace tab.
What your client sees
Their homes grouped by status with a count on each bucket, offer and status badges such as "Offer accepted," full listing details on every card, a Compare option, and notes about co-buyers ("Donna's considering this one too").
How your buyer reacts to a home
When your client opens HomeSpace, the new homes needing a reaction appear first. They can select the property photo to open the complete listing, review the description and details, record their sentiment, and add comments. They then choose one of two options:
Considering — they may be interested in the property.
Not for Me — they do not wish to consider it further.
After the initial evaluation the client will see the homes grouped by:
Considering: Homes that are in consideration by the buyer who is logged in.
Compare: a way for multiple buyers to compare rankings of features of each property.
Not for Me: Homes that the logged-in buyer has chosen to discard.
Open house: Ay of the properties in the lists that is hosting an open house.

Setting feature rankings
By selecting the listing image thumbnail, the property detail page will open. Each buyer can then scroll down to the raking's and select a ranking for each feature.

Below those options your client will see Skip to Browse. This takes them to the complete property overview, where they can browse all properties, including those they have already reviewed and responded to.
When your client adds a home
Buyers may also add properties they would like you to review — homes they find online or notice while driving through an area. They can include notes or other relevant information, and you are notified whenever your client adds a property, a note, or other information to the portal. You will receive a notification when this happens.
What you can do
Add a home.
Set or edit the search criteria. This is a reference point only — it is not connected to an MLS search.

Compare homes side by side.
Switch the Viewing as selector to see the space as the primary client or a participant sees it.

Split
Split is where one buyer says no and one buyer says yes. That property will be a choice that needs to be discussed with both parties.
