Everything your buyer can see and score on a single property, including their detailed home score and notes.

Your client selects the listing image to open the full property detail view. Here is everything available to them on that screen.

Property Photos

The primary listing photo plus additional property images. Selecting any thumbnail opens a larger image.

Property Information

The property address, list price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built, lot size, and garage information.

Listing Attribution

Identifies the listing brokerage and displays the MLS number associated with the property.

Collaborator Activity

Shows when another buyer connected to the journey is also considering the property.

Considering or Not for Me

Allows each buyer to indicate whether the property should remain under consideration or be removed from their personal list.

Overall Feeling

Lets your buyer give the property an overall star rating.

Detailed Home Score

Your buyer can rate individual features — location, neighborhood, floor plan, kitchen, primary bedroom, bathrooms, outdoor space, and condition. The combined ratings create a detailed property score.

Loved Most

A place for your buyer to identify the feature they liked most about the property.

Biggest Concern

Where your buyer records the issue or feature that concerns them most.


Your Notes

Space for your buyer to save additional thoughts, observations, questions, or reminders about the property. These notes help you understand their preferences and priorities.


At the bottom the client may add a question for the agent, let the agent know they would like to make an offer, or close the window by clicking "Done"


If the buyer selects "I amt to make an offer" a new window will pop up that will inform the gent that they would like to make an offer.
