Sell Side Client View — Home

What your seller sees: a plain-language progress summary, their headline stats, and a recap of your listing work.

Written by Yvonne Thomas

A clear, client-facing snapshot that shows where the listing stands and all the work you have done along the way.

What it is

The landing page of the sell-side client view — a personalized dashboard that greets your seller and summarizes their journey in plain language.

Where to find it

Client view in a sell-side journey, then the Home tab. Sell-side journeys show Home and Your agent only — there is no HomeSpace tab.

What you can do

  • Review the auto-generated Where things stand summary and refresh it.

  • Check the key metrics: activities, buyer showings, offers, and days together.

  • See your seller's offers and their status.

  • Scan the What you have done for them timeline.

What your client sees

A warm welcome ("Welcome back, Robert"), a thumbnail view of the subject property, a day count with you, a narrative summary of progress, the headline stats, their offers table, and a milestone-by-milestone recap of your work grouped by stage — pricing the home, getting the home ready to list, pre-listing due diligence, and onward.
