Assigning Work to a Co-Agent

Hand a journey to-do to a colleague on the same journey without losing the connection to the client.

Written by Yvonne Thomas

Assignment supports team follow-through without losing the connection to the client journey.

What it is

A journey-related to-do can be assigned to a colleague who is already part of that journey.

Where to find it

Open the to-do and select the assignee, or give Rae a clear instruction that names the person. They will receive a notification.

What you can do

  • Assign an eligible journey to-do to a named co-agent.

Personal to-dos cannot be assigned. Only journey-related to-dos are eligible, and only colleagues working in the same journey can receive them.

Example of the to-dos in a journey

What your client sees

Clients see progress, not your team's internal assignment process.

If the colleague does not appear

Confirm the person has already been added to the journey. Rae will not act on a vague instruction that does not name the person.

Accuracy and compliance

Internal assignment does not change agency, supervision, brokerage, or license-law responsibilities. Follow broker policy and share client information only as authorized.
