What your client sees
Clients do not see your address book.
If an import has errors
Review the import summary and compare your file with the downloadable template. Support will not ask you to email a contact list containing personal information unless an approved secure process requires it.
Accuracy and compliance
Use contact information only for lawful, authorized purposes. Follow applicable privacy, consent, telemarketing, email, text messaging, and brokerage record-retention requirements.
