No. Clients do not need the agent mobile app to view their own client experience.
If something is not working
When you contact support, include your device type, operating-system version, Rayse app version, network type, permission status, and the exact steps that produced the issue.
Accuracy and compliance
Do not use voice features while driving or when doing so would be unsafe. Avoid speaking confidential client information where others may overhear it.
