Sharing Links and Documents

Stop sending clients scattered emails, texts and attachments. With link and document sharing in Rayse, every resource you send goes into their journey.

Written by Yvonne Thomas

Rayse now lets you share links and documents with your clients right in the app. Everything tied to their buying or selling journey lives in one place. Your client sees it all together, and you build a full record of the value you delivered, from the first conversation to closing.

What it is

A place to add links and documents and choose which journeys get them. You can share a resource with every client, with one type of journey, or with only one or two clients. Anything you share becomes part of the client’s journey, next to the work you’ve documented.

Where to find it

What you can do

  • Add a link to a website, video, online folder or outside system.

  • Upload a document, such as a flyer, checklist or guide.

  • Choose who receives it:

    • All journeys: every buyer and seller journey.

    • Buyer journeys only or Seller journeys only.

    • Specific journeys: one or two clients.

  • Set it once. If you share a resource with a type of journey, every new journey of that type gets it automatically.

Ideas to get started

  • Utility Connect flyer for every buyer. Share the flyer with all buyer journeys. Each new buyer journey you start will already include it.

  • Brokerage requirements for every client. If your brokerage requires every client to see a certain document, upload it and share it with all journeys. Buyer and seller journeys will both include it.

  • Your transaction management link. If your transaction management system gives clients access to their file, add that link to the client’s journey. They’ll have it in the same place as everything else.

What your client sees

Shared links and documents appear in your client’s view of their journey. They can open each link and view each document. Clients see only the resources shared with their own journey. They don’t see your setup or anything shared with other journeys.

Accuracy and compliance

Before you share anything, check that it’s current, accurate and approved by your brokerage. Be careful with resources shared to all journeys, because every client will see them.

Confirm you have the right to share each document, and don’t upload confidential information that belongs to another party. Links open outside websites, so access to those sites is controlled by the site, not Rayse. If a resource involves a referral or partner service, such as Utility Connect, disclose any material financial relationship as required by law, broker policy and the service agreement.
