The Buyer Presentation
Imagine you're sitting with a client for the first time explaining why someone should use you to help guide them through buying a new home. Explaining our value to a potential new client can difficult. You now have the Rayse Buyer Presentation which will show your clients everything they can expect in the home buying journey. What value you will be providing as their agent. Even how you will walk them through every step of buying a home in todays market. Rayse wants to help you win new business with the buyer presentation, and start converting leads to new clients!
You will see the new Presentations tab from the options on the left. This is where you can create your buyers presentation. You can find your client from the journeys list and fill in some information about yourself below so this presentation reflects your successes as an agent!
The New Look of Rayse
With all the incredible new features in Rayse we wanted it to have a fresh look as well. You can see the fresh new look and feel of Rayse as well as some great new functionality. For example we removed the calendar portion of the location services automation. Now when you meet your clients for a tour, all you need is to turn on the Rayse assistant app and see the activities in your Activity Queue.
Customize Your Journeys
Showing your value to your clients is like telling them the story of the journey you are going on together. So, we created a way for you to tell your own story. You can customize your journeys to exactly what you want to tell to your clients.
You can add outcomes, changes the name and order of outcomes in your exiting template, and hide some outcomes if they aren't a part of this journey.
Simplified Journeys Workflow
We listened to all of you who use Rayse and made it even easier for you to show your clients whats going to happen in their journey. Now, Outcomes and Activities have been separated so you only need to do one of them at a time.
When going through your journey with your client, you still have the 4 steps, milestones, and outcomes. But, you only need to check the boxes as you go through the journey.
Your activities are now logged with either the automation, or a simple enter of the type and time of the activity.
