Here are the 5 easy steps to getting started with Rayse!
Log In
There are two ways an agent can login when they have access to Rayse through their MLS:
a. The MLS Dashboard: If you visit the MLS agent dashboard, there is a section presenting all software agents access through the MLS. You'll find a Rayse tile on the page that, when clicked, will take the agent to their platform. So we are using Single Sign On with the MLS.
b. Rayse website: Agents can login is by going to http://www.Rayse.com/login and start by typing in their email address (the same email address that is assigned to their MLS subscription). Once the system recognizes that the email is associated with an MLS, it will request the agent select the MLS provide in the pull down. Don't forget to Check the box to agree to the terms of service. The system will then allow you to sign in to the MLS Provider, which then will immediately provide access to the Agent Dashboard on Rayse.
2. Account Settings
After logging in, we need to set up your account settings. Check out the tutorial here.
3. Create a Journey
The next step in Rayse is to create your first journey.
4. Invite your Client to their Journey
Invite your clients into their Rayse Journey with confidence. The Client Portal does not replace your relationship or take control of the conversation. It strengthens the experience you provide by keeping your clients informed, engaged, and reassured between personal updates.
Your clients can follow their progress and see the work happening behind the scenes, giving them a clearer understanding of the time, expertise, and care you bring to every step. That transparency builds trust, reinforces your value, and helps create the kind of client experience that leads to stronger relationships, repeat business, and more referrals.
