Most real estate professionals already have appointments flowing through multiple systems every day.
Showings are scheduled through lockbox platforms
Transaction management systems generate important deadlines and events
CRMs often sync directly with your calendar
By integrating your Google or Microsoft 365 calendar with Rayse, those activities can now work together more seamlessly without constantly re-entering the same information in multiple places.
Instead of duplicating work, Rayse helps leverage the tools you already use every day. Appointments and calendar activity can help support your client journeys, making it easier to capture the real work happening behind the scenes while keeping your workflows organized, connected, and far more efficient. The result is less manual updating, less missed activity, and a smoother experience for both agents and clients.
Step 1: Log into the Rayse Agent Portal
Go to agent.rayse.com and log in to your account. You'll land on the Home dashboard.
Step 2: Open the Calendar
From the Home dashboard, locate the "Schedule and View Your Events" panel on the right side. Click the "Open" button next to "Open calendar."
Step 3: View the Calendar Panel
A calendar panel will expand showing the current month (e.g., May 2026). In the top-right corner of the calendar header, you'll see a "Calendars 0" button
The "0" indicates no calendars are currently connected.
Step 4: Click the "Calendars" Button
Click the "Calendars 0" dropdown button in the upper right of the calendar panel. This will initiate the calendar connection process.
Step 5: Authorize Google Calendar
Rayse will redirect you to an authorization page. Here you will:
- Select or sign in with your Google account/Microsoft 365 account
- Review the permissions Rayse is requesting (access to your calendar events)
- Click "Allow" or "Continue" to grant access
Step 6: Return to Rayse
Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to the Rayse calendar. Your Calendar events will now sync and appear in the Rayse calendar view. The "Calendars" button will update to reflect the number of connected calendars (e.g., "Calendars 1").
