At Rayse, we want you to be able to share the entire experience of buying a home with your client. We call this a Journey. The journey is where your client will be able to see all the work you're putting into the consultation, tours & offers, escrow, and closing. They can also track all the meetings, phone calls, emails, travel time, and hours spent on the search for your client's new home. This article will talk about how to create a new journey!
How to create a new journey:
1. There are three locations to start a journey: select the "+" button to start a journey.
2. Create a New Client, or selecting an Existing Client.
You can create a journey from 2 types of clients. Either a new client, or one you have already worked with.
To create a new client:
A-1. Select New Client on the top of the slider.
A-2. Enter a clients name, email, phone number, journey start date, and journey template. Then select "Create Journey"
To select an existing client:
B-1. Select Existing User on the top of the slider.
B-2. Look up your client's name in the client search box.
B-3. Enter the journey start date.
B-4. Select the Journey Template
B-5. Select "Create Journey".
You have now created a journey for your client. You can begin adding activities and share with your client.
