In buying or selling Real Estate we know it often times will take a village. For most of these transactions we will have team members, transaction coordinators, assistants, or other agents that will be a part of the journey. With Rayse you can share your journeys with anyone else at your brokerage!
To share a journey with a colleague within your brokerage
1. Select the journey you would like to share with a colleague.
2. On the far right at the top of the journey click on the people icon.
3. In the Pop-up window, select the name of the person in the pull-down menu, and select Add Unser.
4. Multiple collaborators may be added.
5. Additionally, the permissions of the collaborator can be curtailed. Click on change permissions.
6. The permissions can be changed with the slier on the left.
7. These permissions can also easily be revoked.
