On the Rayse Agent Dashboard, locate activities on the top left navigation menu.
Each home toured will appear on this page as a meeting.
Each meeting will have:
the address
date and time
the property type
time spent at the home
Activities are assigned to journeys in the following ways:
Multiple activities to one Journey
One activity to one Journey or Multiple Journeys
To assign multiple activities to one Journey:
1. Check the activities you wish to assign to a journey.
2. Select the Boxes on left of the addresses.
3. Select the Journey that you wish to assign the tours to in the pull down menu.
4. Select the Journey and Click on Continue.
To Assign One or More Activities multiple Journeys
Select the Home Toured.
Then Select Assign a Journey.
3. In the pop-up window, select one or more clients to assign the Home Tour.
Results:
The added home tour will be added as a meeting, including miles and time, as well as being added to the Tours and Offers section where the outcomes can be updated.
