Sell-Side Journey Offers & Showings

These are important metrics for a seller that are effortlessly added on the agent dashboard.

Effortlessly log and track showings and offers within the Rayse Sell-Side Journey. Capturing key buyer activity, viewing total offer volume, and maintaining a clear timeline—empowers you to keep your sellers informed, stay organized, and make data-backed decisions.

1. In a Sell Side Journey, select the tab Offers & Showings:

The Offers and Showings page is broken into two sections. The top is dedicated to offers and below is dedicated to showings.

2. Add a showing by clicking on the link in the lower left corner of the page.

A window will pop up that will allow us to select:

A. Who showed the property?

B. What type of showing?

C. Date of the Showing.

3. Add an Offer by clicking on the link in the lower left corner of the page.

In the pop-up window you will be able to include details about the offer. And then select Save.
