Log-in to the Rayse Assistant

Learn how to quickly access the Rayse Assistant through your MLS-provided Rayse account. This tutorial covers the login flow, activation steps, and how to get connected on mobile so you can start capturing work in real time.

​Important: your desktop Rayse account must be activated first before setting up the Rayse Assistant.

Your Login when accessing Rayse through the MLS:
Just below the regular log-in you will find the "Reset Password" and just below that you will find the "log-in with MLS" option. Follow the prompts using the same email that is associated with your MLS. Please remember to give the mobile app permission to use location services at all times.


If you created a Rayse password upon sign-up, start here:

(Independent Agents, agents with access through their Brokerage, and Phoenix Association of Realtors Members)
For newly created Rayse accounts, the first step is to log into the Rayse desktop dashboard on a computer using the email and password you set during account creation. After your desktop account is successfully activated, you can log into and activate the Rayse Assistant using those exact same credentials. This step is required to properly initialize your account before mobile access.
