Step 1: Close the Journey

Start by navigating to the journey you are ready to complete.

Congrats!! You closed a journey!

  1. Review the high-level metrics

  2. Make any final adjustments

  3. Click Close Journey to finalize

Step 2: Open the Closing Report

Once the journey is closed, a pop-up will appear with the option to view the report.

  1. Click View Report

  2. The report opens in a new browser window

  3. Make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled

Step 3: Review the Top Navigation

At the top of the Closing Report, you’ll see several controls:

  1. Back to Journey – return to the original journey

  2. Edit Data – control which metrics appear

  3. View Size Options – adjust report display size

  4. Print Report – download as PDF

  5. Bottom right you will find a page counter

Step 4: Customizable text areas
When you place your curser in a customizable field you will see the filed background change to a very light yellow. This indicates that the text area is editable.
Once you edit the text and you click out of the filed you will see an Undo button appear on the right of the document. If you wish to revert back to the original text, simply select Undo.

Step 5: Key Metrics
Throughout the document we have inserted key metrics. Page three offers a grand overview of the metrics.
If there are items you wish to delete from the report, proceed to "EDIT DATA" in the top left, where you can check on or off the metrics of your choosing.

Simply unchecking the items you do not wish to display n the report, and you will see immediate results. Or recheck the numbers to reinsert them.

The total number of hidden metrics will be displayed at the "EDIT DATA" button.

When hiding data on the pages where the metrics display in fields (such as below) you will see that the fields adjust with the number of metrics added or subtracted.

After removal:

All outcomes can be modified, including the description text. You will know this has been modified, as the "Undo" button will appear to the right of the page at each section that was modified.

Remember, when you "Print Report", you will be able to save your modified PDF. However, when you go to generate this report again from your Journey page, your report will be the pre-edited version again.

Custom Journeys will allow you to make a journey that has the permanent changes. You can create custom outcomes or edit existing ones, while editing the descriptions that will show in the report. To learn more, visit our learning module on
