When we work with a new client, one of the first things we do is talk to them about their real estate experience. Are they buying a single family home, a townhouse, or a condominium? Are they paying Cash? Each of these Journeys has added step, different requirements, and customized activities. You can now create custom Journeys in Rayse and save those as templates to use ongoing. Deliver a journey that truly reflects the buyer's experience.
How to create a custom Journey Template
On your Journey's Page, select the tab called Templates.
On the Templates page, click on "Create new template"
3. This opens the Template Editor.
4. Give the Template a Name
We will create a Cash Buyer template for this example.
5. Just below the title we will see the 4 sections of the Journey:
Consultation
Tours & Offers
Contract
Closing
6. Each section is supported by Milestones.
Below we see the Milestones associated with the Consultation section.
7. Each Milestone is supported by Outcomes. Outcomes are defined by what the client expects to be completed. They are the goals or targets set to deliver measurable value.
Below we see Consultation, and the Milestone "Home Requirements". When we expand the Milestone, we can see the Outcomes. These are the are the concrete results that fulfill the client’s requirements and deliver the promised value.
Some fields are not editable. which is clearly indicated by the red highlighted text.
ADDING AN OUTCOME TO A MILESTONE:
1. Locate the Milestone where you wish to add an Outcome.
2. Click on the "+" symbol.
3. This will open a pop-up window, where you will add an outcome name and a description that will help the buyer understand the are the concrete results that fulfill the client’s requirements and deliver the promised value.
4. When you click Save, you will see the newly added Outcome under the Milestone.
5. If you wish to change the sort order of the Outcomes,
select the "
" icon the the left of the Outcome and drag it to the preferred location.
HIDE OR EDIT AN OUTCOME:
To the right of each outcome you will see two icons:
the eye will hide the milestone.

the pencil will allow you to change the title and the description of the Outcome. Below we will see the unedited outcome.
Here we can see the edited version. When satisfied, select Save.
HIDING A MILESTONE:
Some Milestones can be hidden. This is where the Eye Icon is visible to the left of the Milestone.
When the Milestone is hidden, it will no longer be part of the Cash Buyer Journey.
SAVING THE TEPLATE TO YOUR JOURNEY TEMPLATE SELECTION
Work through each Section, making your desired changes.
At the bottom of each Section you can progress by selecting
Once all updates are complete, select
The Custom Template is now an option in your Template choices.
When creating a new journey, the Cash Buyer Journey will be a Template available in the pull down options when creating a new Journey.
