There are two ways to manually update showings in the Tours & Offers section of a client's Journey β through the Table view or the Cards view.
Method 1: Table View
Step 1: Navigate to Tours & Offers
Open a client's Journey and click the Tours & Offers tab. Make sure you are in Table view by clicking the Table button in the top right of the section.
Step 2: Click on a Property Row
Click anywhere on a property row (on the address, status, or any part of the row) to open the Property Details panel for that property.
Step 3: Expand the Home Evaluation Section
Click the chevron (down arrow) on the right side of the Home Evaluation row to expand it. You will see a checklist of 9 showing-related tasks:
Home tour scheduled
Home tour attended
Gather data on potential home
Client feedback gathered *
Contact listing agent with questions on home
Offer strategy discussed
Additional insights on home discussed
Offer drafted
Offer reviewed & signed
Step 4: Check Off Completed Steps
Click the checkbox next to each task that has been completed. The progress counter (e.g., 1/9, 2/9) updates in real time. Your changes are saved automatically β no need to click a save button.
*Client feedback gathered : This allows the property to be moved to Rejected or stay in the still being considered selection.
Step 5: Close the Pane
Click the X button in the top left of the panel to close it and return to the table.
Your progress is saved automatically.
Method 2: Cards View
The Cards view provides a visual Kanban-style board with three columns: Considered, Offered, and Rejected. You can update a property's status simply by dragging its card to the appropriate column.
Step 1: Switch to Cards View
Click the Cards button in the top right of the Tours & Offers section.
Step 2: Drag a Property Card
Click and hold a property card, then drag it to the target column:
Offered β when your client has submitted an offer on a property
Rejected β when the property has been removed from consideration
Step 3: When Rejected, you will be prompted to add the reason why.
And finally confirm the move.
Step 4: When you need to delete a property or need to look at more details:
Just click on the menu option when you select the property
Property Info will provide the property information on a pop-up screen:
If you choose to delete the property, you will be required to confirm. This will remove the property and any additional data provided when the property was added (so if through automations, the activities will also be removed.
