Long days of touring homes just got a whole lot easier. With the Rayse Assistant, every tour becomes a seamless part of your buyer’s journey—without the extra effort. On the Rayse Agent Dashboard, locate activities on the left navigation menu.
Each residential stop you make will be logged here by your Rayse Assistant Mobile app.
Each property will show the address, the date and time of the property visits, and the total time spent for the tour/visit.
On the far right is where we manage these appointments:
is a way to add it to a journey.
is a way to delete the property from the appointments list.
Deleting the property
select the garbage can icon on the far right.
Then select if this is a permanent deletion or just this one time.
Click confirm.
Appointments are assigned to journeys in the following ways:
Select the plus icon on the far right of the addresses.
Select the Journey that you wish to assign the tours to in the pull down menu and click NEXT.

Because you are adding this appointment to a journey, we can now update the outcomes for that visit right here in the appointment queue. Just follow the prompts.
NOTE:
If you select "No, this meeting wasn't a showing." The system will only add this as a meeting in the journey activities.
Examples of this may be that you are visiting your listing to meet the photographer at the property and we want to make sure that the time and miles related to this visit are accounted for.
If you select "Yes, This meeting was a showing", you may update the outcomes as they relate to a showing:
A confirmation will appear after you click NEXT.
When adding homes through the Appointment Queue, you will have the benefit of not only adding a property, where the outcomes have been completely updated, but simultaneously the system will update the activities in the journey, by adding the miles and the minutes to this appointment under the meetings tab.
Here are the results:
Above you see the property has been successfully added in correspondence to the outcomes checked off in the appointment queue (The home is still being considered).
And under the journey's activities tab we will see a meeting has been added.
When clicking on the meeting, to see the meeting details, we will see that the outcomes that were checked off are also included.
And the client portal is also updated with these results:
