Every great buyer's journey has one thing in common: touring homes.
Not every property your client may consider is active in the MLS. Sometimes it is a For Sale By Owner property, a coming soon opportunity, or even the neighbor’s home that is not officially listed yet but could be the perfect fit for your buyer.
To properly reflect the work you are doing behind the scenes, make sure to manually add these homes into Rayse. This helps showcase the research, networking, local expertise, and extra effort you invest to help your clients find the right home, even beyond the MLS.
