Three Places to Start a Journey
There are Two ways to start a Journey
Create a Journey with a New Client
Create a Journey with a client you have already added to your Rayse Dishoard.
1. Create a Journey with an Exiting Client.
a. When selecting the client, a pull don menu will allow you to search for and select
the appropriate past client.
Once the client is selected, add the Journey start date, by selecting a date on the calendar. This date may be today, days, weeks, or years in the past.
2. Select the Journey. The default template, or one of the custom templates created by the agent.
3. then select the type of journey: buy-side or sell-side
4. Select the appropriate journey template (your default journey or a custom journey)
5. If you chose to create a sell-side journey, you will be prompted to include the subject properties address and information.
6. Then select Create Journey in the bottom right.
7. The Journey has been created and you can start checking off outcomes or record activities.
