Three Places to Start a Journey

There are Two ways to start a Journey

  1. Create a Journey with a New Client
    a. Insert First and Last Name, Email Address, and Telephone Number.

2. Create a Journey with an Exiting Client.

a. When selecting the client, a pull don menu will allow you to search for and select

the appropriate past client.

The Final Steps for both options: New Client or Existing Client.

  1. Select the Journey start date, by selecting a date on the calendar. This date may be today, days, weeks, or years in the past.

2. Select the Journey. The default template, or one of the custom templates created by the agent.

3. Then select Create Journey in the bottom right.
4. The Journey has been created.
