Closing a Journey is more than just completing a transaction — it's documented evidence of the exciting finale of a transparent, collaborative, and empowered experience. Here are some important steps that will help you deliver an amazing closing report!
#1. Make sure all OUTCOMES with an Asterix have been checked off.
Even if you don't check off every outcome in the Milestone, you will at the very least need to check off the Outcomes with an Asterix.
If, however, the Milestone can be hidden (The eye to the left of the milestone will give that away), then the Outcomes with an Asterix do not need to be checked off to close the journey.
#2. Closing the Journey
Once all of your Outcomes are satisfactory and you are ready to close the journey, you can click on Close Journey in the top right.
This will open a high level overview of all of the journey, at which time you are reminded to ensure there is no missing data. Once you publish the journey, nothing more can be added.
#3. Publishing the Closing Report.
The system will process and close the journey, prompting an additional screen where you may download the closing report as a PDF.
