Things can change after a contract becomes binding, and your journey should reflect the most up-to-date details. This quick tutorial walks you through how to update the price after binding so everything stays accurate & polished.
Sell Side Journeys
Locate the Offer that has been accepted under the offers tab.
On the far right is a pencil which, when selected, will allow you to make the necessary changes.
1. Locate Pencil and Click on it.
2. Make the necessary changes and click save.
3. Your changes have been saved and will reflect properly in the client portal and on the closing report.
Buy Side Journeys
Locate the property on the Tours & Offers page where you confirmed the accepted offer.
Open the Milestones and scroll down to the Milestone called "Offer Submission". Under this milestone you will see the outcome "Offer Accepted" and on the far right of that outcome you will see a red Asterix and a paper icon.
Click on the paper icon.
In the pop-up window you an make adjustments to the price by simply typing in the price field and then save.
Your changes have been saved and will reflect properly in the client portal and on the closing report.
