Rayse gives you full control. You can hide or unhide outcomes and milestones at any time throughout the journey. When you hide them on your side, they are also hidden on the client portal.
This allows you to tailor the experience to each transaction — keeping it relevant, streamlined, and professional.
On the outcomes tab of every journey you will see Milestones supported by outcomes (= actions associated with the professional services delivered by the real estate professional).
At the far right of the outcome you will see a symbol that looks like an eye.
This symbol will allow the agent to hide outcomes. Once hidden, the Eye is marked through. (To unhide the milestone, just click on the eye again, and it will become part of the journey again.
Almost all outcomes can be hidden, with exception of the required outcomes:

All Milestones and Outcomes that are hidden on the agent platform will not display on the Client Portal.
