2. When selecting this you will see a pop-up window. The window will inform you that proceeding, you will revert back to Consultation, and Tours & Offers. Outcomes from the contract will no longer be marked off. However, the Activities will remain (time, miles, and activities spent working for this client will still be included in the Journey metrics.
The Agent Dashboard will roll back to the Tours & Offers page and the home will move down to the Homes Rejected section.
