Not every offer leads to a closing—and that’s okay. Whether the negotiations change direction, terms can’t be agreed on, or circumstances shift, knowing how to properly update Rayse is key. In this quick guide, we’ll walk you through how to terminate an offer in the platform so your Journey stays accurate and your client’s experience remains seamless. Keeping things clean, clear, and current helps everyone move forward with confidence. On to the next ready, willing, and able opportunity!

2. When selecting this you will see a pop-up window. The window will inform you that proceeding, you will revert back to Stages 1 and 2. Outcomes from the Contract Section will no longer be marked off. However, the Activities will remain. Your time, miles, and activities spent working for this client and the offer that was cancelled will still be included in the Journey metrics - so all the work is still recorded.

On The Buy-Side journey:

The Agent Dashboard will roll back to the Tours & Offers page and the home will move down to the Homes Rejected section.

On The Sell-Side Journey:
