Every showing tells your seller something, and so does every follow-up you make to get feedback. The Showings and Open houses sections keep it all in one place, and show your seller exactly how much effort goes into getting their home sold.
Where to find it
Open Journeys, select a selling journey, then select the Marketing tab. Showings and Open houses are below the PropertyBoost section.
Step 1: Get your showings into Rayse
Automatically, from your calendar
Showings on a connected calendar file themselves here. If you use a showing service or electronic key system that syncs with your Google or Microsoft 365 calendar, those showings can flow into Rayse with no double entry.
Tip: The showing needs to appear on your calendar as a public (not private) event so Rayse can see it. See Connecting Your Calendar to Rayse.
By hand
For a showing that never made it onto a calendar:
Select Add showing.
Enter the Starts and Ends date and time.
Add the Buyer's agent and their Brokerage.
Add any Notes, such as "Out-of-town buyer, in town this weekend."
Select Add showing.
Showings you add yourself are labeled Added by hand. Use the pencil icon to edit a showing or the ⓧ icon to remove it.
Step 2: Review your showings
Switch between Upcoming and History to see what's scheduled and what has already happened. Each showing card shows:
The date and time
The buyer's agent and brokerage
Any notes you added
The feedback status, such as No feedback yet or Feedback requested ×1
Step 3: Chase and capture feedback
Mark as chased
Every time you reach out to a buyer's agent for feedback, select Mark as chased. Rayse adds a time-stamped Chased for feedback entry and updates the Feedback requested count. If it takes three follow-ups to get an answer, your seller can see all three.
Log what you heard
When the buyer's agent responds, select Log what you heard, type their feedback in What did the buyer's agent say?, then select Save feedback.
Step 4: Track your open houses
The Open houses section works the same way. An open house scheduled through the MLS shows up here on its own, or select Add open house to add one yourself. After the open house:
Enter the number of visitors under How many came through? and select Save headcount.
Select Log what you heard to record visitor comments and takeaways.
What your seller sees
In the client view, your seller's Client journey page includes:
A Showing Feedback summary written in plain language, for example: "You've had 4 showings and 2 open houses so far. One agent was asked for feedback but hasn't responded yet."
Their Showings and Open houses, both upcoming and past
The Buyer showings count on their Home page
Instead of wondering whether anyone is looking at their home, your seller sees the showings, the feedback and every follow-up you made to get it.
Tip: Use Client view on the journey to preview exactly what your seller sees.
Accuracy and compliance
Your seller can see the feedback you log, so record it accurately and professionally. Keep confidential information about buyers out of notes and feedback, and follow your brokerage policy.
