A big part of the journey in finding your client a home is all the activities you do for your client. Here is how you can show them.

As an agent a big part of the journey in finding your client a home is all the work you put into each and every transaction. Everything from meetings with clients to writing up offers. About half of people who have bought a home think their agent spent less that 15 hours on their transaction, which we know it takes much more than that. At Rayse, we believe your client should see the whole journey you go on with them, so they know all the work which goes into the transaction.

Recording Activities for your Journey

  1. Find the client journey you would like to add an activity to.


  2. On the right side select the "+" button.


  3. From this pop out you can enter:

    1. The type of activity.

    2. The date and time.

    3. The duration of the activity (how long it took).

    4. The distance, if you needed to travel.

    5. If there were any expenses.

    6. What was completed at the meeting.

    7. Any notes you would like your client to see.

  4. Select Save.


  5. You will see your activity on the list to the left.


  6. This will display in your clients activity history for every activity you do for your client.
