Manually adding homes to the Client Journey

In every great real estate journey there is one commonality; touring homes!

To share all the work you do in finding your client's a new home, including searching all the available homes within the requirements your client gave you, make sure to add those properties into Rayse!

Adding a Property to a Journey

1. ​On your Journey, select the Outcomes tab, then select the Tours & Offers tab

If you are adding a property for the first time, select "Add a Home" in the center of the page.


Tip: After your first homes is added, the "Add one here" is now at the top of the page.


2. A window will pop up. You can add properties by MLS# & Zip Code or by Address.
a. When selecting MLS# & Zip, simply complete the fields - click search - and the property will populate. Then click save.

b. When adding with the property address, start typing the address in the field. Suggested uniform addresses will appear to ensure the proper address is being used.

Once you select the correct address, the property details and images will populate. Then click save.


RESULTS

The property is added to the Client Journey, both on the Agent Dashboard and the Client Portal.
