Remove Properties from Tours & Offers with Ease

Accidentally added the wrong property to a journey? No problem. You can now quickly remove properties from the Tours & Offers section when something was added by mistake or no longer belongs in that client’s journey. This quick tutorial will show you how to clean things up and keep every journey accurate, organized, and client-ready.

  1. On the Tours & Offers page you will see a garbage ca next to all properties that have been added to this section of a buy side journey.

2. Simply select the trashcan icon on the far right of the property and delete - then confirm in the pop-up.

3. This property has now been removed from the journey, including the client portal and the closing report.
