It's a big deal when one of your clients makes an offer on a listing! For you and for them, so having a place where they can check to see the details of the property and the offer will give them a kind of clarity they hadn't had before. Show your clients all the steps taken when putting in an offer for a listing.
Recording Offer Details
Find the journey you would like to add an offer.
From the Tours and Offers section, find the listing you would like to add an offer.
Find the Action Item called Write and submit offer. Select the icon next to it.
From the pop out you can enter:
Submission Date.
List Price.
Offer Price.
Offer Status.
Select Save.
Your client will be able to see the offer from thier properties page.
