Update your account information

One of the most rewarding aspects of guiding clients through their home journey is the lasting relationships you build along the way. At Rayse, we’re here to help you strengthen those connections. You can share as much information with your clients as you’d like—your bio, license number, even your social profiles—making it easy for them to refer you to friends and family with confidence and ease.

Updating Account Information

Select your initial on the far right top of the landing page.
This will take you to the Agent Account Page where you can manage your agent profile, passwords, and communication permissions.

On this page you will be able to manage the following in each tab:

A. Personal Information

B. Public Information

C. Broker Information

D. Settings

E. Contacts


A. Personal Info.​

The personal info page will allow the agent to:

  1. Add a headshot

  2. Complete name and contact information

  3. Establish the correct time zone

  4. Add an address for Rayse Automations

  1. Headshot:
    This is the thumbnail that will be visible:
    a. In the agent dashboard at the Profile & Settings label in the left navigation menu.
    b. In the client portal, bottom link to the Agent Profile Page.
    and also in the client portal on the contact me button.

Remember to pay attention to image sizing:

2. Complete name and contact information

3. Establish the correct time zone

4. Add an address for Rayse Automations


Click on "Add Address", select the address type in the pull-down menu, and complete the fields. Then select Save.


NOTE: When multiple addresses are added, automations will use the closest address as the starting point when calculating the time and distance needed to reach the property that is being logged by the Rayse Assistant.

Don't forget to click on SAVE when you have complete these things.

B. Public Info

The public info page will allow the agent to:

  1. Add a headshot for

  2. Add your Bio

  3. License # and State of Issuance

  4. Add social media links

  5. Add testimonials

  1. Upload a professional headshot to be seen on the Buyer Presentation and for the profile page on the Clint Portal.


2. Include a Bio (no more than 500 characters).

3. Include your License Number and state of issuance. If you have multiple licenses, these can be added just below the first license.

4. Include any Social Media links you would like to have displayed on the client portal so that your clients can connect with you there:


5. Client Testimonials:
Select the plus symbol above the testimonials.


Complete the fields in the pop-up and click save.

Before you leave ethe page - don't forget to click on Save!!

C. Brokerage Information

Accurate account information is essential for compliance. Please confirm your details with your Broker, or reach out to our Helpdesk if you’d like assistance making sure your branding is set up correctly. Lets get started.....

  1. Add your brokerage name, a broker approved Website, and a possible tagline.

    Professional Tip:

    if you or your brokerage do not have a tagline, don't leave this space empty. Use it to promote yourself. Add your Market Expertise, or if you speak different languages, or you city/market of expertise.)

2. Upload your broker logo and program your brand colors.

Professional Tip:

Text:

Leave the primary text color white.

Background:

Primary color: Use the darkest color in your brand (for example hunter green or navy blue)

Presentation color: Use the lightest color here (do not use white). The background for the presentation is black.

Don't forget to hit Save:

​E. Settings


1. The system is automatically set up to send you the updates that are checked. To disable these updates, simply uncheck the box and click on save.


​F. Contacts.

This is where all active client contacts in your system will live.
