We know there are going to be journey's that don't always fit perfectly into the path we have laid out. Sometimes there will be milestones in the Journey that don't apply in every transaction. So, we have created a way to hide select milestones ad outcomes, so the Journey matches the real world actions on the Client's Portal.
Hiding a Milestone in your Journey
Select the Journey you wish to modify.
Under the Outcomes tab, locate the Milestone you would like to hide. When you see an "Eye" icon next to the Milestone, you can click it and hide the milestone.
