We know there are going to be journey's that don't always fit perfectly into the path we have laid out. Sometimes there will be milestones in the journey that don't apply in every transaction. So, we have created a way to hide milestones so your client doesn't see an empty milestone in their branded client portal. In your journey you will see an eyeball next to the milestone you can hide.
Hiding a Milestone in your Journey
Select the journey you wish to modify.
Find the milestone you wish to hide.
Select the icon of the eye in the milestone.
This will show the milestone as hidden in the journey.
