An Outcome is the end result or deliverable that clients expect to receive. It represents the completion of specific tasks that provide value and satisfy client needs. Outcomes are the tangible results that validate the agent’s work and justify their role. They answer the question: “What has been achieved for the client?”
Custom deliverables may be added to a Journey, allowing the Journey to be tailored to the client, and mirror real world actions.
Outcomes make up the majority of the Closing Report, making this an ideal opportunity to highlight your expertise in action—clearly demonstrating the work you’ve done on behalf of your client and reinforcing your commitment to their success.
Locate the Journey, the Section, and then Milestone where you wish to add an Outcome.
2. Located to the far right of the Milestone field there is a "+" Plus symbol.
3. When selecting this, a pop-up window will appear.
4. Complete the required fields.
5. Then click "Save"
6. Now you will see the added Outcome as an option to check-off.
Keep in mind, this will become a permanent part of the Closing Report for this Journey—adding immense value to the work, care, and effort you’re putting into your client’s experience.
