People won't buy what they can't see. Some buyers will only need to see one home, and some will want to see every home on the market. Staying organized and helping the client see clearly which homes are in consideration and which homes have been rejected. Let's look at how this works in the Rayse Platform.

In Tours and Offers the Milestones are attached to each property.

  1. At the far left of each property there is a pull down tab.

2. Here we see the milestones. On the far right of each milestone there is a down arrow. When selecting this, the Outcomes will unfold under the Milestone.

3. This gives the agent an opportunity to check off action items that will show as outcomes for the buyer on the Buyer Portal.

Scheduling home tours with multiple properties requires quite a bit of advance work; the availability of the property, the logistics of location and taming, as well as gathering additional information for each property. Make sure to check these actions off.

4. When we see a notepad icon on the far right, this indicates that the system will request additional details, in a pop-up window, when that outcome is checked.

5. The Pop-up window will allow us to record the buyer feedback. The system will ask if the buyer liked the house. We can pull down the response and select Yes or No.

Tip: Remember, finding a dream home is process of elimination, which means that forcing a yeas or no will help us et there. Keep in mind that the Yes homes will show as Evaluating on the Buyer Portal.

Selecting NO in the Client Feedback information window:

1. When Selecting No, the system will request additional information.
There are 4 high level reasons, and one must be checked. Then you can add additional details in the Notes section. Then click "Save".

2. Now this home has moved to the Homes Rejected section of Tours and Offers.

3. On the Client Portal we will now show one home in Evaluating and one home Rejected.

Selecting YES in the Client Feedback information window:

1. When Selecting Yes, the system will allow you to add additional information in a Notes section. Then click "Save". The home will remail in "Homes in Consideration" on the Agent Dashboard, and the home will show one Client Platform under "Evaluating".
