Offers and Under Contract Details

Once your client makes on offer. Make sure they can follow along with all the details.

It's a big deal when one of your clients makes an offer on a listing! For you and for them, so having a place where they can check to see the details of the property and the offer will give them a kind of clarity they hadn't had before. Show your clients all the steps taken when putting in an offer for a listing.

Recording Offer Details

  1. Find the journey you would like to add an offer.



  2. Start an activity by clicking on the "+" in the Activities field. .

  3. In the Activity Center, under the Tours and Offers section, you will now see all homes under consideration.

  4. Find and select the Property in Tours and Offers


  5. Find the Action Item called Offer Submission. Check then box next to it, and select NEXT.

  6. You will now see the property is in offer status.


    ​7. Once you have an offer accepted, go to add activity, then select Tours and Offers, then the milestone Offer Submission you will check off the appropriate activities. When you check the one with the Asterix called Offer Accepted, and you click on Next, you will be asked for the contract details. 


  7. Before proceeding, you will need to confirm this action, as well as the contract price:

  8. To add the contract details, go to Add Activity, under the Contract section, select the Open Escrow/Title Milestone and select the task with the asterisk: Provide contract timeline, key dates and action items

  9. When you select "Next" you will be prompted to provide the details of the accepted offer.



  10. Your client will be able to see the property, and the progress, in their client portal:
