When a client discovers their dream home and is ready to make an offer, it's a pivotal moment in their journey. Providing them with a centralized platform to review property details, understand the offer, and navigate the contract process offers a level of clarity and confidence they may not have experienced before. This transparency not only demystifies the complexities of the transaction but also reinforces your commitment to guiding them every step of their home buying Journey.
In Tours and Offers
Go to the Tours & Offers tab on the designated Journey.
Open the Home Evaluation Milestone to mark-off that you have drafted the offer and it has been signed by the client.
Open the Offer Submission Milestone and complete the outcomes as you progress through the offer.
4. When the offer is accepted, we can complete the Milestone by marking-off the "Offer accepted" Outcome.
Indicates a required field to close the Milestone.
Indicates additional information will be required.
5. The pop-up window will provide an opportunity to update the contract price in the system. Then click on "Save".
Now that we have a house in Contract, two big changes will happen to the Agent Dashboard and the Client Portal.
Agent Dashboard changes:
The Milestones and outcomes for Contract and Closing will become visible.
Client Portal changes:
The Client Portal home screen will now show the home that is in contract, including:
The contract price vs. sales price
All Outcomes that will lead towards closing.
