Making a Journey Inactive

Sometimes a Journey is started, but it is halted along the way.

It's an unfortunate truth that sometimes our client doesn't make it to the end of the journey. Sometimes something has halted their ability to move forward. We can then move their Journey to inactive.

1. The Journeys page has four tabs:

2. Locate the appropriate Journey in your list of Active Journeys.
3. On the far right of the Journey name, you will find the menu icon. ​


​2. Click on the "menu icon" to see the option "Make inactive" appear. Select this.

3. Your selected Journey will now move to a tab called "Inactive".

4. In the Inactive folder, the journey can always be reactivated as well, using the same steps.
