In every great real estate journey there is one thing in common. The properties! To share all the work you do in finding your client's a new home, including searching all the available homes within the requirements your client gave you, make sure to add those properties into Rayse! Your client will be able to see not just the properties and offers they make but also how long you spend searching for each one.
Adding a Property to a Journey
Once you have a journey, you can add the properties you're showing to your clients so they can review and give you feedback. If you haven't created a journey for your client yet, you will need to do that first to add properties.
From your Tours and Offers menu, select + Property.
Add the address into the search box and select from the drop down.
Select Continue.
Rayse is connected to your MLS so this will pull the information about the property directly into your journey using the address.
Confirm the details of the property and select Continue.
Select Save.
You will now see the property in the list of properties your clients will see.
