Agent Account Information

One of the most rewarding aspects of guiding clients through their home journey is the lasting relationships you build along the way. At Rayse, we’re here to help you strengthen those connections. You can share as much information with your clients as you’d like—your bio, license number, even your social profiles—making it easy for them to refer you to friends and family with confidence and ease.

Updating Account Information

  1. Select your agent photo in the bottom left corner.
    This will take you to the Agent Account Page where you can manage your agent profile, passwords, and communication permissions.

A. Personal Info.​

The personal info page will allow the agent to:

  • Add a headshot

  • Complete name and contact information

  • Establish the correct time zone

  • Add an address

Personal Addresses

Add one or multiple addresses to serve as a point of beginning for calculating mileage and travel time for automations.

Note: This address is not visible to anyone, other than the account holder.

Adding an address.
Click on "Add Address", select the address type in the pull-down menu, and complete the fields. Then select Save.

B. Public Info

The public info page will allow the agent to:

  • Add a headshot for

  • Add your Bio

  • Add social media links

  • Add testimonials

Upload a professional headshot to be seen on the Buyer Presentation and for the profile page on the Clint Portal.

Include a Bio (no more than 500 characters).

Include your License Number and state of issuance. If you have multiple licenses, these can be added just below the first license.

Client Testimonials:
Select "Add Testimonial"

Type the testimonial in the pop-up window. The select "Confirm".

C. Password.

Change the account password

Type in your old password. Then type in a new password and verify on the next line. The select "Save Password"


D. Notifications​

1. Disable or enable communications sent from the Rayse dashboard to the agent.

2. Here we can see the 4 communications sent from Rayse to the Agent. Here you may select which communications you wish to enable or disable.
