Five steps take you from first sign-in to your first live client journey in about 20 minutes. Do them in order: your profile and calendar feed everything that comes after.
Step | What you'll do | Time |
1 | Set up your profile and branding | ~8 min |
2 | Connect your calendar | ~2 min |
3 | Download the mobile app | ~5 min |
4 | Add your first contact | ~2 min |
5 | Start your first journey | ~3 min |

Step 1: Set up your profile (~8 min)
Your photo, name and brand appear on every journey your clients open, so finish this before your first journey.
Sign in for the first time and select Get started on the welcome screen. (Later, open it from your avatar in the upper-right corner.)
Complete your personal and public information.
Add your headshot and logo, then choose your brand colors.
Fill in your contact details, time zone, bio and license and brokerage information.
Review your notification preferences.
Why it matters: a complete profile unlocks Rayse's branded marketing tools and shows your required brokerage disclosures. Make sure license details, logos and testimonials follow your broker's policies and MLS rules.

Step 2: Connect your calendar (~2 min)
A connected calendar lets Rae turn your appointments into documented work, so you aren't logging the same thing twice.
Select Calendar in the main navigation.
Connect your Google or Microsoft 365/Outlook calendar. You can connect more than one.
Showing service or transaction software that syncs to your calendar? Those events come into Rayse too.
The one rule to remember: nothing appears to your client until you choose to log an event to a journey. Rayse attaches an event automatically only when an attendee matches a contact with exactly one active journey.

Step 3: Download the mobile app (~5 min)
The app lets you capture work with Rae between appointments instead of hours later at your desk.
On your Rayse desktop, select the download link for your app store (iOS or Android) and install the app.
Open the app and select Sign in with your MLS.
Choose your MLS and complete its sign-in. You'll land back in Rayse automatically.
Allow push notifications so Rae can remind you of to-dos and follow-ups.
Tip: there's no separate Rayse password. Skip the email and password fields unless Rayse gave you separate credentials, or the app may not find your account.

Step 4: Add your first contact (~2 min)
Every journey starts with a person. Add one client you're working with now; you only need a name and email.
Pick whichever way is easiest:
Tell Rae (desktop or mobile): "Add Sarah Patel as a new client. Her email is sarah@example.com."
From your calendar: go to My Plan > Log updates. People from your appointments who aren't in Rayse yet are listed under Contacts, ready to add in a click.
By hand: on the Contacts page, select Add contact and choose the Kind: Client or Colleague.
Tip: always add an email. That's how Rayse matches people to your calendar events. Rayse isn't your CRM, so add only the people you're actively working with, plus your go-to lender, inspector and stager as colleagues.

Step 5: Start your first journey (~3 min)
A journey is the working folder for everything you do for a client, and the view they'll follow from start to close.
Open Journeys and select a new journey. (Or start one right from your contact's page, or just ask Rae.)
Choose the journey type: Buyer or Seller.
Add the contact you created in Step 4.
Review the journey details and tabs.
When it's ready to share, open Journey contacts, select the invite option next to your client and send it by Email, Text (SMS), or both.
Good to know: clients see only the journey you invite them to, and only its client-facing parts. Rae suggests, but nothing is added to a journey or shared without your OK.
